🕒 Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
Please note:

• Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

• For made-to-order or custom items, dispatch times may vary slightly. We'll keep you updated if there are any delays.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes

Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive:

• Overnight or within 1–3 working days for urban areas

• 2–5 working days for rural addresses

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the move.

We currently ship New Zealand-wide.
